both petitioner and respondent are self-employed.

Both were seperated on March 11th, 2001. Both were living with petitioners parents and had been
living with the them for about 1 1/2 years.

Both had no children, no house and what property they had, they both mutually agreed through
emails what each other could have and property was evenly divided.

Respondent moved back with his parents on March 11th, and filed for divorce in April but due to filing
in another county (Los Angeles) and not living there for 3 months or longer, Respondent had to dismiss the divorce.
Petitioner ended up filing for divorce against Respondent in late June and Petitioner had marked that she would file
for Spousal Support and Respondent would have to pay Attorney Fees.

Before the 30 days was up, Respondent filed a "Response to Dissolution of Marriage" and saying that he would
not pay spousal support and that Petitioner would be responsible for attorney fees.

The 30 days was up July 28th, and since that time, nothing has been heard from Petitioner, her attorney, or
the Orange County Court system.

What can the Respondent do now during this time and what time is he waiting for? Can he get a part time job to make extra money, or can the courts later
take that if Petioner wants spousal support?
