What is the name of your state? dirty jersey

I enlisted in 2003 and finished training in 2004. My recruiter told me I had a 3 grand enlistment bonus and told me I would recieve it in all in 4 payments over 4 years after completion of training. I haven't recieved any of it and it doesn't look like I will anytime soon. Is this grounds for a breach in contract and if it is can I use it to get out of the gaurd?

go find your contract and see if it says that you have a 3,000 bonus comming to you.. just because your recruiter told you that you were going to get one doesnt mean that you are... you need to make sure that you have it in the contract... and if it isnt in the contract,,, then you SOL... if it is in you contract then you need to take the contract to your first line and tell them that you have not received your bonus.. and they will get the ball rolling for you... your chances of getting out because they have yet to pay you your bonus ,which sounds like that is what you really want, is nill.....

I already told my first line about it a gave them 3 requests to check on it needless to say they probobly did not. I also have a friend who is in the same situation as me who has been asking for it and has not recieved it.

No student loan repayment

Crazed, I want you and your friend that didn't get your bonuss' to get in contact with me via e-mail. I have been in over three years and my student loans have not been paid nor did I get the 39 weeks of training my contract guaranteed. I was told by my commander that both were a breach of my contract but now they are coming up with other excuses and giving me the run around. I am gathering up people that did not get what was promised to them by their contracts so that I can expose this fraud that is going on every day in the Army. I have been in contact with Michael Moore,the movie producer, and he said he would love to get this story out there.
