How do you decide if you have a case with a post op infection? Staph.

The hospital lost all the records and when I sicked the health department on them they suddennly refound them!?!
Makes me suspicious. How obout you.

I see you took my advice. Amazing how quickly the hospital took notice of you once you complained to the right people, huh?

As I told you before, sounds as if you have a solid claim against the doc AND the hospital, but don't delay! Seek the advice of a personal injury attorney who specializes in medical malpractice immediately!
