Is it possible for parents in sn uncontested divorce to agree to have no child support and no visitation?

if that is what they both voluntarily agree to... you can not say there will never be any child support but you can decline for the time being, odd situation but you can make any agreement you want together

I agree...however I would like to add the proviso that sometimes you will encounter a judge who WILL NOT agree to no child support. I have seen it happen....multiple times....However you can also insist that you don't want child support to go through the state, that you want it to be directly between the parents. If the judge will agree to that, then you can get around a judge who will not agree to no child support.

Most judges these days won't sign divorce papers if there is not an order for child support and a visitation schedule.
