I agree...however I would like to add the proviso that sometimes you will encounter a judge who WILL NOT agree to no child support. I have seen it happen....multiple times....However you can also insist that you don't want child support to go through the state, that you want it to be directly between the parents. If the judge will agree to that, then you can get around a judge who will not agree to no child support.
