What is the name of your state? GA
I am power of attorney (POA) and caring for a parent. We have discussed adding my name to home title so that it would not have to go through probate. The POA would presumably allow me to do that, but what if any problems do you see with this? Thanks

**A: clarification- you hold power of attorney and are the attorney in fact for your parent.

**A: if you are the only beneficiary no problem although a cleaner way would be for the parent to just sign the deed to you rather than you using the POA.
