What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? The state of concern is Ms. I now stay in Wa.I was arrested and charged in march of 09 for a felony.I was held without the oppurtunity to see a judge for a bond hearin for 4 months.I need to know is this a civil rights violation?And after I finally was given a bond but no one knew I was in jail.At seven months I was charged with a second felony.It was known to the investigator and everyone involved,That the person who pressed the charges against me moved in my house with my girlfriend 2 weeks after I was jailed.Then I was held until march of this year without an indictment or having pleaded to a lesser misdemeanor.But I was only released on the cond. that someone come and pick me up and take me out of the state.Its a very small town and they drug my name thruogh the paper,And I wasnt even able to get my belongings.I have lost everything and have been forced to move back in with my mom at 40 years old. is there any thing that can be done for this awful miscarriage of justice.
