What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I am researching for myself, and for a paper I am writing for a law class I am taking in college.

Recently a case was struck down by Virgina Supreme court, and is headed to the US Supreme court. It states that a noise ordinance is unconstitutional because it uses vague words and no definitive standard of measurement.

I was wondering, how I can develop a case/argument to fight a similarly worded ordinance. I am looking for support. Thanks.

The easiest thing to do is to read the Virginia Supreme Court opinion on the case in question. That will include a full analysis of the law involved.
