My former employer in Louisiana (headquartered in NY I think) hired me as a Financial Advisor (FA) and required me to sign a non compete agreement (NCA)for 1 year. Shortly after starting the FA job, they changed my job to a clerical job. Is the NCA enforceable in Louisiana, and for which job is the NCA enforceable (FA job or clerical job)?
