What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

Currently working in washington stage. Am working for an X client for my employer. If I get an opportunity to work for the client's subsidiary company Y in colorado, Can I accept the offer? I also worked for the Y customer more than a year ago through X client.

My Non compete agreement:
I agree that for a period of six months following the termination of my employment with the company for any reason,
I will not
a. accept any offer of employment from any customer, where I had worked in a professional capacity with that Customer in the twelve months immediately preceeding the termination of my employment.
b. accept any offer of employment from a Named competitor, if my employment with such named competitor would involve me having to work with a customer with whom I had worked in the tweleve months immediately preceding the termination of my employment.
For the purposes of this Attendum, 'Named Competitor' shall mean the following entities and their wholly owned subidiaries
1. Axxx consultancies.
2. Bxx technologies.
3. C.

Thanks.

Your request (contract review) is beyond the scope of this forum. You should seek the assistance of a local employment law attorney.
