What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Florida, A person gets terminated (in a right to work state), had signed a non-compete clause. What repercussions can happen to that person if he/she violates the conditions of the clause.....

What repercussiobns can happen will depend on the exact language of the noncompete, how current FL cazselaw interprets that language, and whether thge employer chooses to enforce the agreement by suing you or not. You'll need to talk with a local attorney who can review the language of the noncompete in contrext in order to determine its enforceability. Noncompete agreements are extremely language-dependent -- there simply are no general answers.

Also BTW, a "right to work" state has nothing to do with noncompete agreements -- it just means that you can't be forced to join a union.
