What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

I was under a 3 yr contract with Company A who gave me a 4 week assignment with Company B. I was told that I can't accept any position with their clients (such as Company B) until 2 years after my contract ended. In May 2013 I was transferred to company C for H1-B purposes. Company B also gave me a 13 week assignment with them (July 2013 - September 2013). Now, with Company C, my contract stated that I am not to accept any position with their client for 12 months past my assignment with a client. Company A sponsored me for green card and now that I have my EAD card I have to go back to them. My contract started with them in August 2015. They did not give me any employment agreement. Now, I have an offer with Company B for a full time employment. Will there be any non-compete legal issues if I accept it? Please help me.
