I was coerced into signing a non-compete, as I had already put my notice in to my other employer when they sprung it on me. 22 months later, I put my notice in to go to another "like" competition and my company asked me to not to return. They mailed me a new non-compete and said they are withholding my paycheck until I resign the non-compete. The president signed and dated it and asked me to sign and return. There is also the clause in there that says:

This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Employee and shall supersede and prevail over all other prior agreements, understandings or representations by or between the parties whether oral or written with respect to the subject matters contained herein, without extinguishing or diminishing in any manner whatsoever rights heretofore acquired by the Company under any such agreements, or otherwise by operation of law.

Since this is a new non-compete dated two weeks ago, does this abandon the one I was coerced into signing?
