I have signed a required non-competition from my company. After being recently terminated as part of corporate reorg. company is taking extraodinary means to enforce agreement. My state, Coloardo, is a Right to Work state. Can the non-compete be enforced under these circumstances? Can I demand compensation for my agreement to observe the con-compete? How far can the agreement to non-compete be pushed before it restricts my abilty to find gainful employment?

I don't know the answers to all your questions, but I actually have a similar problem (See November 30). I did at least find out, however, that the Right to Work law has nothing at all to do with Non-Competition agreements. It only concerns Union membership and associated rules & regs. Sorry I could not provide more, but at least you can rule out the Right to Work angle.
