My 17 year old was under the care of his primary custodian, his mom. He was unsupervised at 1am, drove a car speeding and crashed. Am I responsible for any lawsuits his passenger (with minor injuries) parents or the owner of the car he had borrowed and totaled bring and his medical bills? Should I get a lawyer?
