My brother and his wife are going through a divorce, and it seems to be the beginnings of a long, messy one. *If* she gains custody of one or all three of the kids (one wants to stay with her and the other two don't), and she decides to, for whatever reason, refuse to allow me or any other family member to see the kids, do I have any rights? I have heard of grandparents suing for visitation rights and such, but I wasn't sure about other family members. Just curious. Thanks.
