I was offered a job with subcontracter installing wireless equipment in November 2003.We agreed to pay per job and per diem. I did not leave to perform this work until February 2004. The pay and per diem was less then first agreed but I needed the work. Since November we were leaving next week but didn't go until Feb. and I'm not working because "we're leaving next week". I stayed for 2 weeks in Virginia working under deplorable conditions. I completed 6 sites and had to return home for medical reasons. I have not been paid the $1200.00 owed me as he says he hasn't been paid. I can't get information from the company that contracted us for the work. How do I get my money?
