Here's the situation:

Girl gets pregnant and boyfriend leaves her. Another guy comes into her life and ends up living with her. The guy has no record of signing any papers/contracts with bills or lease payments. For some reason the relationship ends. Is there any way the guy could get sued or become responsible for the mother and the baby?
