I am located in Michigan. I took my laptop in to a store in May of 2007 for an issue it was having. There was not supposed to be any part swaps and if there were, I was not informed. I just received a call from a complete stranger that stated he purchased a brand new laptop from the same company and apparently his hard drive contains all of my personal data. What are my choices and options at this point?
