What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington I've been going to a local casino for about 3 months. I don't go everyday or anything like that, but after I'd been there a few times this lady Blackjack Dealer was talking really sexual to me and other folks at the table. (I'm a guy) A few days later I go in and the same thing happened. She made a statement like this, "If I don't give you have blackjack that means I gotta put out." So I go in early on a Saturday to talk to a supervisor about it. I talked to a "pit boss" and explained it all to her. She called the main supervisor and thanked me for reporting it and even had me fill out a formal statement. I go in about a week later and I literally get approached at a table by the head of security and the supervisor on duty. The supervisor tells me that some dealers have said that I've been asking personal questions about them but that I'm more than welcome to keep coming to the casino. They did this out in the public. Then I start noticing I'm getting this cold shoulder treatment from people who before had been very nice. So of course I rarely go there but the last time I was there the dealer who I had originally talked to the supervisor about for talking sexual came to the table I was at. Sure enough, within 3 or 4 minutes she's talking sexual. About how even if you're a woman, she had a hard time finding sex. I basically just cashed out and left and haven't been back since.
Is there anything I can do legally? A friend said I should get a lawyer and sue for sexual harassment/defamation. Not sure that is a possibility, but what legal options do I have if any? I don't go there just to gamble either. They have a great buffet that me and boy love and they have a sports bar section that has 2 giant tvs that me and friends go to sometimes to watch games. I feel like I'm being treated like dirt, ignored and plus other folks are definitely hearing that dealer talking sexually. Like my formal statement was ignored. What should/can I do? Thanks for any advice.
