I'm hoping that perhaps someone here has had a similar problem and can help me with this: I recently have received a couple of my Notice to Creditor letters RTS, due to the generic reason of being "undeliverable". I believe that I performed reasonable due diligence in preparing the mailing matrix in that I obtained addresses from mailings received in the past and addresses listed in my credit report. Additionally, I researched addresses via the internet and even made telephone calls for address confirmation to a few that didn't seemed to have multiple addresses to ensure delivery to the proper office. My case is a non-asset case, so I do believe that (none of the returns have been from original creditors, but collectors that have an interest now or have bought the debt) there will be a blanket discharge in this case because there will be no proceeds from sales of assets to distribute to creditors, nor any cash for the same purpose. However, I'd appreciate any suggestions/feedback on this subject.

The law requires that you send out the notices to creditors, it does NOT require you to chase them all over the country to deliver that notice. Sounds like you made a reasonbly good effort to get the addresses, I don't think it would be questioned. I'm sure even the bankruptcy court gets its share of RTS notices.
