What is the name of your state? Iowa

I was divorced in 2004 and had one child. I got married last week. Should I notify the district court where the divorce was filed of my name & address change? I was looking on the Iowa Courts website and found a Confidential Information Form http://www.judicial.state.ia.us/Court_Rules_and_Forms/Confidential_Information_Forms/
Should I fill this out? I'm not requesting any change in the order or anything like that, just wanted to update my name & address.

Yes, you can do this.

They will talk about you down at the courthouse, but you can do it.

There's no need to do it, but you can do it.

No need?

OK so I DON'T need to notify the court of address change since my divorce has been finalized, right? Does it make a difference since I receive child support? I have already changed my address with the Child Support Collection Center.

As long as you tell your ex and the child support bureaucrats, that should cover you.
