Now IIIII Need The Restraining Order.. Help

OK .. new chapter.. now this girl found me in public record as the one who bailed him out of jail after her false abuse claim... she looked me up in the phone book and is calling non stop.. i finally answered and listened to her for three hours bash him and go up and down with her bipolar emotions... i told her the only reason i didnt have a restraining order against her as of yet was because she didnt know who i was but now she did and with kids in my home i think its a good idea... i told her i knew it was her friends running me off the road and calling in false reports using my tag etc.. she then began acting nice and said she was gonna keep my number handy... gee like its illegal to own a phonebook.. crap.. so now shes calling all morning and all night trying to locate him or tell me more bad stuff.. im not answering the phone.. shes now calling every business in town asking if i work there to find out where i work.. this is crazy.. is this enough to get a ro??? im thinking its just the beginning of bad but can i stop it before it gets that far with one? or will a judge look at it and throw it out of court until it gets worse?

Your evidence of her calling you and harrassing you is to have her phone calls audio Taped.. Make sure you it's on tape that you tell her "What is your name again ? " Who are you?" "Please stop harrassing me with your phone calls" "It's disturbing to me when you repeatedly keep calling me back" " You are intentionally harrassing me with your calls".
Once you've accumilated about 5 or 6 calls, then straddle down to the DA'S and file your complaint with them.

And you apparently know what the taping laws in OP's state are, right? Maybe, just maybe, you might want to do some research in that before you suggest that OP records calls.

i was told if you record a person without their concent it is illegal and my phone only holds the last time the number called everytime that number calls again it erases the last time on caller id unless they call from different numbers then each will show. so what proof do i have do show this girl scares me, shes very sneaky, damaged vehicles, belongings, false reports, assault, she never gets caught. i want to start this before it starts but with what?? all i have are her claims that she looks for my vehicle everywhere, shes trying to find out where i work and she found my name then my number in the phone book and calls and calls.. i was told im her next victim from an attorney so how do i gain a restraining order BEFORE my funeral
