What is the name of your state? New York State- I Have posted in the past, regarding the freeze on my IRA account. Thanks to all that responded, I was able to lift the freeze on my IRA account. I have a new problem with my account. When they froze my Ira account, I had $120.94 in my checking account. They deducted $100.00 , a service charge for processing the document.Yesterday, I received my quarterly statement & they also took $20.94 the remainder in my checking account. Balance on my checking account 0.00 & next to it the following- transaction- NY Execution Fdes Nny 0015137 Onb9137. Can any one interpret the meaning of this transaction, or what site I can go to for information. I never received a letter form the bank that the freeze was lifted on my account or that the $20.94 was deducted from my checking account. I plan on going to the bank in the morning ,& would like as much back up information as possible. Thank you for your time.
