im here to say the 1 yr dischare thing is still working,unless its your firsat offense,or your rap sheet is small and nonviolent forget it!!
the 3 year release is my question...i just got denied for the 1 yr release 4 months ago,now next month im supposed to get off on my 3yr discharge,i max out in 17 months..
my parole officer says i cant reaaply for release for another 12 months!!!
thats b.s. or is it?where can i find the newest parole laws so i can read them and prepare my ammunition?
or does anyone know the amount of time i n between applications?
