Elsewhere, I posted questions about ongoing issues with my livein of nearly eight years. In my quest for assistance with this guy, for issues ranging from alcoholism and mental illness to just being a bum in my house, I have contacted his siblings in PA. Essentially, they have told me that he is my problem, since he lives with me. Their parents are deceased. He and I are not now, never were, and will not be married.

Do his siblings, as his next of kin, have any responsibilities to render assistance?
