What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
My mom works for the state at the court house. They don't take out state disability on her checks ssd. She needs to have a surgery procedure done that will have her out for 3 months. She only has a 6 week disability payment with her union. Would she still me able to keep her job if she takes 3 months?
