I want to launch a product that will have a workout program and diet plan to follow, etc.

Pretty sure you can definitely sell workout programs and such, provided that you have a disclaimer and all. However I'm not sure about dietary advice. I think it's okay as long as you don't prescribe individuals diet plans specific to them. What I want to do is provide a general meal plan for everyone who buys my product though. I want to know if this is legal worldwide, as my product will be sold worldwide (online).

FDA regulations prohibit making unsubstantiated product claims. In order to make product claims, you must be able to establish scientific evidence proving it does what you claim.
