What is the name of your state? CA

Hello,

Can anyone please advice me how to look up on the web whether a divorce case has been filed if the case number is known? I would like to make sure the following has been filed: the petition, amend form and the response for a particular case number. Would I have access to look up such detailed information?

Thanks a bunch.

That depends on if that court has a web site to look at public records. If you have the case number, just go to the court and check out the file. It is public record.

If you have a case number, what was that case? I'm a little confused.
