What is the name of your state? Ohio

I have been told time and time again that under Ohio Law, car insurance follows the car, not the driver. Where is that written in the Revised code? I have looked through most of it, and dont see that anywhere. If anyone could help me out here, I'd love it. Thanks

It's not OH law. It's in the wording of an insurance policy and definitely true.
