What is the name of your state? OR
we filed for Ch 7 in 2005 but had to convert to Ch13 because we had some income. We submitted all of the documents in March or April 2006 but neglected one small bill that has grown from $80 to $300 these past 2 years.
For the past 2 years I keep telling them to contact my attorney but they just keep invoicing me. I asked my attorney about a similar incident and he said that since the Bk was published and a public document that all my debt holders should have been notified and that one or two small overlooked debts should be no problem. To just refer them to him.
Which I do, but they just keep invoicing me, despite my protests.
I finally told them if I get another invoice that I woould file a complaint with the Federal Fair Debt Collections people.
It might cost more money to refile my case to include this small amount, but being on Ch13, I do not have any extra money.
Any thoughts?
