old van and forclosre of land

The situation is that a neobor before he died in april 2004 bought a old used vana nd then give it in his will to my fahter just before he passed away. The problem is that the bank has forclosed on the house and land as his widdow has moved on to a new location and thef ailmyt has not kept up payments. The loan und erh summons that I got was for 80K and still ows 77 of that and the van about $500 is the issue. The title was never put into any one'sname other than the original owner of the van (not the neighbor or my father or the deseased family ) as a third party. the question is taht can the bank ir the courts come out and repo the van. The van current contion is worn out and didn't run, but we use it as a storage for old boxes as it only had the two front seats .
