THIS 70 YEAR OLD LADY LOST HER HUSBAND LAST WEDNESDAY AFTER A LONG STRUGGLE W/ALZHEIMERS & TOTAL PARALIZES. WITHOUT ANY RESOURCES, & W/$550/MO SS SHE CAN'T NO LONGER MAKE PAYMENTS TO A DEBT OF 7600.00 TO A CREDIT CARD. SHOULD I HELP HER FILE FOR BANKRUPCY?
I THINK SHE IS LIABLE FOR THE DEBT, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY?
