I am on H1B visa and working in US for an employer as a Hardware Consultant. I get regular salary from my employer. I have been involved with music industry for few years before coming to US. From the music Industry, I get royalty paid on my music from different contries now. I wish to know:

(a) Where can I show the income? To US or my native contry?
(b) Is it a problem if I participate in promoting my music in US by holding a H1B visa?
(c) Will my participation in music make any problem to my green card processing?

Appreciate your help
