i have a few question to ask on the sol on credit card debt or any other debt in the state of NJ ??, and also what are the types of bankruptcy and is it possible to file on my own? since i am on disability and cant pay for a lawyer to do it for me .and i am trying to file cause i don't even have the money to pay the bills properly i pay cards just to be able to reuse them after there clear ,;-( , also is it possible to include all and any debt credit card what not that i find on my TRW or Equifax and is it possible to file on all except one card for emergency use, as car tow or other emergency use only, IM single 39 on perm disability i own my own car a 95 no property no extra money no personal items worth any thing and i own a boat that is my home and pay rent to stay at marine boat is of no true value as being a 1965 wood boat that needs major work lol but it is still a roof over my head as long as it stays afloat ,
and is there lawyer or place to go for people with little or no income , thanks for any and all advice
