What is the name of your state? CO
On Schedule I and J the income and expense forms do I need to put a snapshot of the current month or an average month :confused: .

Take all your expenses for a year and average them out, put down the resulting number. Things like electric bills vary by season, so you must average it.

Income - use the numbers from your tax return and your YTD for this year.

And go out and buy or borrow a copy of Nolo Press book on bankruptcy. It will answer all your questions.
