What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
I'm just curious. I see so many of these online casinos. Are they legal to operate in the United States? If so, how does one go about obtaining a license to operate one?

None of those online casinos are run or hosted in the US. In fact, gambling online is against the law in many states.
