I need to find out the statute of limitations for the state of Oregon on duii,or how can I get my driving license back. I had paid quite a bit on my fine then moved out of state, that has been almost 3 yrs. Only info I can get from the court is.."come in & see us"..

Not sure what you are asking. Give us more details about whether you received merely a citation, or conviction, jail time, how license suspended, etc
