What is the name of your state?Nevada. If there is a dispute in an oral contract and one party has no witnesses to support his version of the contract, can the contract be nullified? 173abn.

**A: and just exactly what type of contract are you referring to? A contract to sell, buy or lease real estate, a mortgage brokerage or mortgage loan contract????????????????

proof's

A court will have to review proof's from each party. Too complex for chat verdict, (in my opinion.)

Oral "contracts" for RE matters are very unwise, as purchases, mortages, etc. generally contain far too many provisions to address verbally and are generally unenforceable.
