What is the name of your state? Tennessee

Ex-granddaughter-in-law took out order of prot. against her
ex-brother-in-law using lies. Last time she was in court she
lied against me. Must we continue letting whoever believe
the lies (the judge in particular)? What can be done? She
told the judge I took a letter to her boss trying to get her
fired. It was untrue and her boss agreed with me but he
wasn't in court. I was admonished not to do things like that. Right now she's in court lying about my 18 yr. old grandson and he wants to handle it alone. We can't afford attorney's
fees for frivolous things. Right now my son-in-law is paying
for a parole officer and this evil girl is laughing.

Parole for an order of protection???

If these persons are being falsely accused then when they make their appearance in court they need to supply EVIDENCE as to their innocence. Just stay away from this woman and the problem would be solved.

The ex-in-law must have provided some sort of evidence/witness testimony in order to receive an order.

Tennessee She brings her girl friend in with lies. The
son-in-law was charged with simple assault, the grandson
was given an order of protection. The girl friend jerked my
great-grandson out of my son-in-law's car with him yelling,
"no I want to go with papaw." The son-in-law tried to hold
her back and she ended up with a bruise. The grandparents
have a court order where they should get him once a week
but they are in violation.

The mother is in violation of the court order giving the grandparents visitation
rights once a week. Son-in-law picked up his grandson and didn't expect to
be confronted and the boy snatched away screaming. What they are doing
to this boy is a CRIME. My questions concern the court believing lies. If he
gets the chance to pick him up again he obviously needs a witness with him.
