Hi,

Is it possible to have corrections made to a DissoMaster report?
Our judge made child support/alimony TEMPORARY orders based on incorrect information on a DissoMaster report that my ex-husband's lawyer is claiming the judge prepared.

However, there are 3 mistakes on the report.
I've stated my objections to his lawyer, but he's telling me that's not the purpose of the (Proposed) Order after Hearing Report.

Thank you.

Stating your objection to your ex's attorney is useless. It should have been filed with the court.

Edit to add: Please name your State.

DissoMaster most likely didn't create an error. I'm unclear just where you are at this point. If the judge put the wrong information into DissoMaster, did you not point this out in court? Has the order been issued? Where is YOUR lawyer in this?

I'm in California.
I did file the objections with the court the same day I mailed them to his lawyer. So you think that will help?

I didn't see the DissoMaster until after the last hearing when the temporary orders were made.
It was mailed to me by his lawyer along with the minutes of the hearing, and (proposed) order after hearing report.

it is a temporary order. we go back in a little over a week for the final order to be made.
I have no lawyer, can't afford it. :(
