What is the name of your state?Florida

Can an ORIGINAL marriage certificate be obtained from bureau of vital statistics in the state of Florida (or any state) after a divorce, I'm trying to answer a question from another Q/A forum. If no, then why not.

I honestly don't know the actual answer to that question. However, logic tells me that as a public record it should be possible.

However, I think that the simple way to find out, is to contact the department in Florida that handles those records.
