OT - Woman trapped under SUV while spying on her cheating husband

What is the name of the city? Pittsburg, as reported by WPXI and CNN-Video

Sooner or later this woman and/or her husband will be here, so I thought I would relay the story.

Husband drives SUV to his girlfriend's house. Wife spies on husband and crawls under the SUV and falls asleep with a neighbor's cat. Someone let the air out of the back tires and trapped her underneath the SUV. She finally got the attention of a workman, who, despite her desire to have him call a friend for help, calls 911. Firetrucks, ambulance, and police respond to the scene. Meanwhile, husband remains with the girlfriend in her house. Wife ends up ok, but transported for a mental health evaluation.

I wonder how the tires went flat? Was it the husband being snarky? Or the wife?

**A: it was the other neighbors dog Odie that let the air out of the tires. He has been after that cat Garfield for years and finally got the chance. Me Ow! an SUV is on me. That's the BIG Dog SUV, Land Rover.
