What is the name of your state? NJ

I was recently billed for a deposition transcript totalling 149 pages. Of these pages, 12 are appendix pages.

From information taked from the transcription company's web site and online order form, each line of the transcript should contain no fewer than nine letters and/or spaces per typed inch, and no less than 52 letter and/or spaces per line.

I can't seem to find a single line in the transcript that contains more than 50 letters and/or spaces.

Should I be billed for appendix pages which were computer generated and not transcribed?

What would be a good way to approach the transcription company to ask them to recompute the bill based on the number of pages transcribed using the correct standard?
