My company was bought out in April of this year. We were given our final
paychecks and vacation pay. We were asked to sign a document that all was
correct and that we may not ask for anything further. I nor any one else
recieved a copy of this document. Then in June we all recieved a letter from
our former employer that we were over payed for our vacation pay and must
pay it back. We have recieved a second letter say that if we do not comply
legal action and collection services would be taken. There were more than 50 or more employees affected by this. We all have been given different advice on this most say we do not owe them anything and some say yes pay it back. Does the document we sign give them the option to come back and change this.
