I work over 50-60 hours a week for almost 5 years now and have never received time and a half or over time is this legal in Arizona? I also am considered a part time employee, no benefits of any kind.
Full or part time is totally irrelevant. What matters is whether you are considered exempt or non-exempt, and you have given us nothing to determine which to determine that.
