I was granted a motion in order for overpayment of alimony
i tried to send the motion in order to the childsupport angenice for repaynent they told me that i would have to have it changed over to a judgement order.they said I would have to file a motion to convert.I do not know what this is could someone help me find out what this is.

What they mean is that you have to go to court and have the judge order that the motion is true and correct. Then you can file it with the agency and determine a repayment plan.
