What is the name of your state? New Hampshire...MY hubby works for a foundation company and they don't pay overtime till after 45 hrs is this right :(

I'm a Northern Girl
If your husband is a non-exempt employee, they must pay overtime for any hours over 40 in a week.

If he is an exempt employee, they have no legal obligation to pay overtime at all.
