My fellow employees and I have been waiting 2 months now for our last 2 paychecks from our previous employers. One of the owners keeps giving us the run around and not ever giving a real answer. The other 2 owners never answer their phone nor call anyone back. We have all field with the DOL but they tell us that it could take up to 5 years to get this case solved. Is their anything to tell the owner that we talk to to make him get the money faster for us? He wants to wait until the place gets sold before he pays anyone and he keeps making up lies to keep us all dumbfounded. Please help.

A letter from an attorney threatening legal action might get you some results. I can't guarantee it of course but it may be worth a shot.
