What is the name of your state? Connecticut

I currently own my parents home (via a quit claim deed & refinanced the mortgage to be under my name alone.) I am getting married in a few months and my fiance would like me to remove my name/mortgage from the home although my parents still there. He owns his own home and does want the burden of having to split our joint income to 2 homes (where I will be moving into his house). I have siblings who may take over the payments for my house, but how to do get out of having my name on the deed and mortgage without having to sell it?

I think if I quit claim the house to my sister, the mortgage gets defaulted and then she would have to refinance the same way I did (to get the house from our parents) Is there another way?

Can't get around it

The existing mortgage needs to be paid off there is no way around it. Your sister needs to have it refinanced in her name so she then is financially responsible for the loan.
