I have filed Chapter 7. My paperwork has already been submitted and my 341 meeting has been set. I just received a letter from a creditor that did not occur on my credit report and therefore was not included on my list of debts. I want to add this into my bankruptcy. I have a lawyer but I have not been able to get in touch with him. So I'll first ask here. Is it possible to add this debt to my paperwork and how does this get done?
